Newcastle rclone Backup

Personal backups

Newcastle rclone Backup uses rclone and the Google Drive API to create, maintain and restore the owner's personal backups. It is used solely by the owner of newbstercode.com and is not offered as a public backup service.

Limited Google Drive access

The app requests only the https://www.googleapis.com/auth/drive.file OAuth scope. This permits access to files created by the app or explicitly made available to it; it does not grant access to every file in the owner's Google Drive.

Google user data is used solely for backup and restoration. It is not sold, shared for third-party use, used for advertising or used for profiling.

Privacy

Read the Newcastle rclone Backup privacy policy for details about data access, use, storage, retention and contact information.
