# RedBot 1.9.5 Release Notes Version: 1.9.5-phase7.5 Release type: new look (delivered as an update to 1.9.4) ## A clearer dashboard RedBot's dashboard has been redesigned along Windows 11 design guidelines. - Matches Windows: light or dark, following your Windows setting (and switching when you change it). - Basic view puts the important things first: a "what to do next" message at the top (green when all is well; amber or red when something needs you), then five tiles for portfolio value, gain/loss, cash available, spending today and orders today, a status list and recent activity. - Plain words and your local time everywhere: "Bought ETH $3.91, Filled, Yesterday 12:01 AM" instead of codes and UTC timestamps. - The practice/live banner says exactly what the mode means, and in live mode shows your limits. - Everyday buttons on the left (Check now, Pause or Resume, Pause until), menus on the right, and the two risky actions (Go live / Switch to practice, Emergency stop) set apart at the far right. Only Pause or Resume is shown, whichever applies. - Advanced view is split into tabs (Overview, Orders, Events, Configuration) instead of one crowded screen. ## Gain / loss A new tile shows how much your coins gained or lost today, with this month underneath (for example "▲ +$10.28" and "This month: ▲ +$12.26 (+2.2%)"). It is the change in the coins' value, not counting coins RedBot bought or sold in that time, so buying more is not a "gain" and deposits or withdrawals of cash don't count. This month is filled in from RedBot's logs right after the update. Moving coins in or out of the portfolio by hand would show up as a gain or loss. ## Accessibility - Text colours meet the WCAG 2.1 AA contrast standard in both light and dark mode. - Status is never shown by colour alone: every coloured dot or message also says what it means. - Screen readers get names and descriptions for the status tiles and messages.
